Is it possible to make a quiz with AB?
Any sample or example will be appreciated. Just a basic Quiz that can shuffle questions and show scores. Maybe load questions from a .text file.
Thanks.

Hello Kasito,
Thanks for your interest in my work. I prepare a simple Quiz time ago, then I upload it here to for your convenience:
Thanks again for your interest, and please, consider to purchase one or more AB licenses if you find the program useful for you, I will be appreciated too much too.
Thanks. I will take a look and get back to u. Getting a license is never a problem. I'm still looking at a wonderful job u did here in AB.

Always thanks you for your interest and thanks in advance for your support.
Hi David, but your quiz is .xml i was expecting to download an app builder sample. How can i use this?
Hello Kasito,
Please, choose the "Save as" with the link. I upload an ".ab" file, so you can simply download it and open it with App Builder. Anyway it's just a sample I prepare sometime ago for a customer. In fact we can chose other controls, or perform the quiz in other manners.
Hi David. Made a HTML5 app which I try packaging it with this tool; http://html2apk.praveshagrawal.com. I have been using it to produce android apps but cannot package AB produced project. Is there settings I need to disable from AB to make he html5 produced file basic?
Hello Kasito,
The tool you linked looks good, however, we need to know exactly the problem you found (error messages, screen captures, little videos or GIF, everything you can add here can be good to help you in the best way as possible). I only can imagine that tool requires a "local" HTML aplication, but App Builder's app requires a simple HTTP server, due to the limitations in "local" HTML apps.
On the other hand, remember we have Apache Cordova... and remember also we not only need to get an APK file, but also interact with the mobile devices, for example, and this last can be doing using the Apache Cordova stuff out there or already incoporated into App Builder.
Hope this information can help you in some manner Kasito.
I have tried everything I could to setup apache cordova on my system but never worked, If only I have apache cordova successfully setup on my system, I will never need a third party tool like what I'm trying to adopt. AB is a solution to my problem, how to convert it to android app is my deepest problem now.
When I package AB project with the tool above, it doesn't display anything. Also no error the screen is just blank.
Hello Kasito,
I can't assert it, but as I say before probably the problem is AB apps requires a server, or a browser like Firefox, which allows to run that kind of applications in a "local way". However the "local way" is not recommended, because, firstly: they don't work in all browsers, and, secondly: local HTML apps have limits than served ones doesn't have.
On the other hand, what's the problem by installing Apache Cordova and the required stuff? They are widely used around the world, Kasito, then why you simply can't do it?
By following the offical documentation here:
http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/guide/platforms/android/index.html
By following this great installation tutorial:
https://www.decsoftutils.com/blog/android-apps-with-decsoft-app-builder/
And finally, asking here in the forums (please, open a new thread) if you need some help... I think you simply can works with Apache Cordova, which is the preferred way to get ready for Android and other platforms using App Builder, due to the integration they provide.
So be calm. Follow the tutorial. Step by step. Ask for help if needed. And finally for sure you can be ready with Apache Cordova! And then you gain various things: 1º Can use Apache Cordova with AB. 2º You learn how to install that stuff. 3º If you need to do it again, you can do it more quickly.
Remember we no need to install Apache Cordova everytime... in fact, once they are ready, we can simply use it, and maintain it updated by a single command line command. So go ahead Kasito! You can do it! :)
Hi Kasito,
HTML2APK is just a wrapper (android webviewer) for html5 files therefore you don't need with AppBuilder. AppBuilder is powerful RAD software that its outputs files can run on multiple platforms.
Has David said, you need to setup android environment on your local machine so that you will not depend on third parties apk builders.
Feel free to post your doubt here and we will assist you.
AB rocks.

Hello to all,
Ok. Thanks David and Adunt, I will try installing apache cordova again.
Nice! Please, ask for help if you have problems: but open a new thread, in order to maintain the forum more or less ordered! :)
Ok. Will open a new thread on subsequent topics. Also I successfully configured cordova, I just build a demo app with it. Solution to the problem: 1) I removed the default installed version. 2) I reinstalled version 5.0.0. 3). I removed node.js latest version and installed 4.xx
Just that and everything works fine. I have many question now that AB can build apps on my PC, but u will see me in other threads as advised.
Thanks. For your support.
