the screen position will be the top of screen,and normallly,we expect going to the position where we can see(locate) the #20 record

Depend on the view's that contain the Report and their behaviour: probably this is loaded when the view is shown, then, if we go out the view and then back again to the view, the Report is load/recharged. Maybe a possible solution is to use a modal view when click or tap the Report, since this do not change the Report's app view.
