Here is a new DecSoft NeoPlugins Mega Pack release, with the below changes, fixes and enhancements:

  DecSoft's npCams plugin for VisualNeo

  2019.2 (02/11/2019)
 
  * Now the plugin provide a unique names for the video devices found
    in the system. In some circumstances a system can have two devices
    or more with the same "friendly name" (used until now) and if so
    we enter in troubles when try to use an specific video device.
    
    Now, with the unique device names, we avoid the above troubles.

  DecSoft's npSapi plugin for VisualNeo

  * Add the new Volume argument to the npSapiPlay action. The Volume
    argument determine the volume of the reproduced text, and can be
    a value between 0 (no volume) to 100 (max. volume). 
    
  * Add the new Use XML argument to the npSapiPlay action. This argument
    allows to parse or not XML into the provided text, and, it's useful
    if we do not wanted to parse it. Thanks for the idea, Frank!
