I found bug.
1.I create App by "checked" at IOS platform in cordova tab and not "checked" at "create cordova config file"
2.debug and then build,no bat file.
3.I "checked" at "create cordova config file"
4.debug and then build,no bat file.
5.I "checked" at android (So,now I checked 3 checked box IOS , Android and create cordova config file)
6.debug and then build,tadaa! bat file generate.

Hello,That's depend on the application tin. The problem is this is something that works only with Cordova, but, App Builder produces HTML5 applications in the first time, and, something like Cordova's plugins does not work in the browsers, just because the database supports in browsers is very low at this time.
Yes,I know it.It difficult when debug,because you need to debug on mobile or emulator.
