Certainly we can use the Font Awesome cheatsheet to get the icons classes, but, the point is that I can't reproduce the problem here, they works as expected, and, certainly, the manual font installation must solve the issue... or at least that is what I can say from my knowledge. :-(

Are you trying to install the fonts manually? There is a directory in the App Builder's installation folder named "Fonts". You can try to install the files / fonts inside that folder manually. Then try to restart the computer (in order to assert that everything is updated). In principle that must work... on the other hand, I can't see anything related with the system's locale when register a font from the program. Can you please try in a couple of computers to see if the issue is in both of them?

Please, take a look at this thread post and the next ones. May can help you in some way. I am not sure if you need to install the required (and provided) fonts in Windows... if I am not wrong you are working in Windows 7, and, I can't reproduce the problem here in Windows 10... and doesn't' have Windows 7 in order to try to reproduce it...

First of all, note that we already can use an event like that using Javascript, for example, supose we have an "HtmlContent1" control in certain app's view, then we can attach the event to that control using the below Javascript code in the view's Show event:
Anyway, please, upgrade your AB copy, the new release add the "ContextMenu" event to various controls:

Sorry, but, I can't reproduce the problem here. Maybe it's an issue with the program's configuration? Please, try to uninstall the program, then, navigate to this folder (if exists) "C:\Users\[Your Windows User Name]\Documents\AppBuilder" and remove at least the "Layouts" subfolder. Then install the program again and try it, Peter.

Please, upgrade your AB copy. As you can see in this thread, the compiler has been enhanced in order to check the files write date time in addition to the file size. This mean that changes like you do in the CSS file are now perfectly recognized, since once the CSS file is saved, the write date time changes.

Certainly that can happen. If the file size don't vary, then AB can't recognize the changes. On the other hand, remember that if we run the app without compile it, AB don't copy the possible changes files: because when we run the app AB "only" do that: launch the previously compiled app, saving time (for that reason the run option exists), however, we must take care, since the compiler don't enter in the stage, so possible changes files are not copied / refreshed.

Conviene notar que dichos métodos no funcionan del todo bien si el "interval" del Carousel es distinto de cero, es decir, si se está cambiando de "slides" automáticamente. Para que funcionen correctamente, dichos métodos han de usarse en un Carousel cuyo "interval" es cero.

May you can want to continue directly using the AdMob Cordova plugin, which is perfectly right. Anyway, the AdMob Javascript plugin of App Builder has been enhanced to allows to prepare interestitials before show it, among other changes, fixes and enhancements. The AdMob sample has been also enhanced to show the latest Javascript plugin changes.
