Thanks for your interest in my work. Are you talking about Android widgets? If so, reallly I don't know any Cordova's plugin that allow something like that. However, honestly, I am not search about and therefore maybe a plugin like that already exists or can be created by someone.
Widgets are android native constructs that extend a view on the application screen.It cannot compile by cordova right now.
