I have the following command:

I want it to execute in some kind of a container or frame. How do I do this?

Also, I have several options in a dropdown. If the user chooses one, I want them to load the appropriate html file into the same container. How would I do this?

Do I clear it first and then load in the html file? What is the best way to do this?

OK. That worked! However, when used on Android, when the user PASTE'S the clipboard contents to a text or email, will the image show up or just the path to the image? I need the image to be pasted. Is there any way to run this app on my Android phone to test - like a simulator?

Now I just need to figure out how to create multiple containers of some kind that can scroll and hold a number of small images (emoji) each and have them all be hidden until selected via the dropdown control (pick Baseball and the baseball emoji container displays, ready to be used with the copytoclipboard control.

How would I go about doing this? Thank for the hand holding while I get this done.

When I try copytoclipboard (thank you for making this command) on Image1.image I get "undefined" on the clipboard.

I am using an image control with the image located on my hard drive. Even if I use the file manager and embed the graphic (baseball.png) and show the relative path ("/app/images/baseball.png") it still shows up as "undefined".

What am I doing wrong?

OK - the app has a drop down with categories (sports). If you choose baseball, for example, then it will show all baseball emoji (custom emoji graphics). I then want the user to be able to click (or double click) one which will copy it to the clipboard so that they can then paste it into a text, document or whatever.

That is what I am trying to do.

I have an image I want the user to CLICK (or double-click on). When the action is performed, I want it copied automatically to the clipboard. How would I do this? Is it the same for Android as it is for IOS?

BTW, how do you make controls semi-transparent? Is that possible? I have a drop down and a container that is going to hold images. I want to make them both a tiny bit transparent to allow the background to show through for a nice design touch. How would I do this?

I also need to know how to include a bunch of images in a container and allow the user to scroll/swipe the container to see more of the images and vice versa. How do I do this?

Lastly, I am studying the dropdown selection app sample, but I just cannot seem to wrap my head around how to make the dropdown list of items? In my case, they need to be like: Football, Baseball, Hockey, MMA, Karate, etc and I need the dropdown list to allow the user to select one, which will then show different graphics in the container based on the choice they make.

Help is greatly appreciated. I am reading all the documentation, looking at the tutorials and videos and trying to learn how to program in App Builder. It's a bit different than I am used to.

I am referring to the designer, not the code editor. Good working UNDO and REDO is critical for designing GUIs since mistakes are made and UNDO is a great way to correct them.

If I use a image control (say a background for the app), it looks fine in the IDE but press the RUN button to test and it does not show.

Meanwhile, a small image I loaded using the same control shows up just fine.

Any thoughts?

How do you load a background image into the app background property?

If I press undo, things I deleted a while ago come back.

For example, if I delete a logo and then do some editing and press undo for that editing, the logo comes back. Not only that, but if you press undo again, the logo comes back somewhere else in the project.

You may want to fix that bug. Is there a redo?
